# Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to provide a reason.

For the return to be accepted:

The item must be returned in its original and complete condition, including packaging, accessories and instructions.

The product must be in new condition so that it can be placed back on the market.

The purchase invoice must be included in the parcel.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
